  • Where do I find my enrollment token?

Where do I find my enrollment token?

Your enrollment token is located in the bottom left hand corner of your billing statement. It is a series of 10 capital letters. 

What can I use my available credit for?

You are able to use your available credit for additional purchases from your dealer such as more or new equipment. 

What if the balance or amount due on my bill is wrong?

In the case that you feel your bill is inaccurate, you may have mailed in or made a payment that is not reflecting on the statement. This may be caused by the statement being generated and mailed out before the payment reached our office. Feel free to contact our customer service department and they will be able to provide you with accurate balances or the amount due. 

I have signed up for auto-bill pay online but would like to make more than the minimum payment. How do I set that up?

Our auto-bill pay is based off your monthly statement – it will only process the minimum amount due on your statement 1 day before the payment is due (example: if your payment is due on the 15th of the month your payment will get processed on the 14th of the month with exceptions of holidays and weekends where the payment will be processed the following business day). If you want your automatic withdrawal with a different payment amount and or date, you may contact our customer service department directly. We also offer biweekly, bimonthly and weekly automatic withdrawal payment options through this service.

I recently signed up for online billing, but when I try to sign in, I am unable to access my account?

When you enroll for our online billing service, a confirmation link was sent to your email. You will need to click on that link to activate your account before you try logging in. If you need any further assistance, please contact our customer service department.

I have a “Same-as-Cash” promotion on my loan, but I still see interest accruing on my statement. Why is that?

The interest will automatically accrue on a daily basis and will be reflected on your statement.  However, during your promotional period all payments will be applied to the principal balance.
